Kelly?s Brummette, PV's Holdway, Chandler named all-state

Kelly's Brummette, Powell Valley's Holdway, Chandler named all-state
J.J. Kelly's Sam Brummette and Powell Valley Kaylla Holdway and Marie Chandler have been named to the Virginia High School Coaches Association's Group A All-State softball team. Brummette was named to the first team as an outfielder, while Holdway and Chandler were named to the first team as infielders. Virginia High freshman Fallon Thomas was the only other first-team selection as the group's catcher. Second team selections to the all-state team from Region D include Coeburn's Hannah Light at pitcher and Virginia High infielder Aubree Hutt. Gretna coach Ketina Brooks was named as the coach of the year, while Gretna's Ceseley Haynes was named as the player of the year. Pitcher of the year honors went to James River's Abbie Rexrode, a Virginia Tech signee.

Her daughter is one of the best players in the state, so thats not the case

Excuse me but My daughter is one of the pitchers that made all state first team...and BTW - she made it as a sophmore.

I actually just reposted to include the honorable mentions. All people that post on here don't just try to brag about their child!

And to think- you just thought you knew everything!
